Eligibility
You are eligible to participate in the Western Valley Meat Company Benefits Program if you:
- Are a full-time employee
- Have satisfied the new hire waiting period of First of the Month Following 60 Days of Employment for the Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. Coverage for the Life/AD&D, LTD, and EAP plans begin on the 91st day following employment
You may also elect coverage for your:
- Spouse or Domestic Partner
- Dependent children up to the age of 26
- Children who are physically or mentally incapable of self-support
